At Freshtick LLP, we ensure your milk is delivered fresh and on time, directly from Kerala's cooperative societies to your doorstep.

📍 Delivery Area

  • We currently serve customers within a 10 km radius of our distribution hubs in Kochi, Kerala.

  • Expansion to new locations will be updated on our website and communicated via WhatsApp and email.

🕒 Delivery Timings

  • Deliveries are made twice daily:
    Morning Slot: 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM
    Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Customers can select their preferred delivery time at checkout or while managing their subscription.

📦 Packaging & Handling

  • Milk is packed in leak-proof, tamper-evident pouches and transported in cold boxes.

  • Each pack is carefully handled to preserve freshness and hygiene.

📲 Tracking & Notifications

  • Subscribers receive real-time updates via WhatsApp for dispatch and delivery confirmation.

  • You can also pause/resume your delivery schedule through your Freshtick account.

⚠️ Missed Deliveries

  • If our delivery partner is unable to reach you due to unavailability or address issues, we will attempt to re-deliver based on your subscription plan.

  • No-shows may result in that day’s delivery being marked as fulfilled without refund.

  • For any delays caused by rain, traffic, or unforeseen issues, we will notify you promptly.
