What kind of milk do you deliver?

We deliver fresh, raw cow milk sourced directly from local cooperative societies in Kerala.

Is the milk pasteurized or boiled?

No, it’s unprocessed raw milk. We recommend boiling it before consumption.

Do you offer curd, butter, paneer, or ghee?

Yes! We are expanding into other fresh dairy products. Availability may vary by area.

Subscription Plans

How can I subscribe to daily milk delivery?

Visit our website and navigate to Home → Subscription, or simply say "Hi" on our WhatsApp widget to receive subscription details instantly. You can also call our support team at +91 7736 121233 for assistance.

Can I pause or reschedule my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or hold deliveries from your dashboard or WhatsApp.

I'm not sure which plan to choose. Can you help?

Absolutely! If you're trying us for the first time, we recommend the 15-Pack Plan. For daily usage, the 30-Pack or 90-Pack Plans offer better savings and convenience. You can always upgrade later based on your needs.

Freshtick Milk – A2 Assurance

Is Freshtick milk A1 or A2?

Freshtick delivers 100% A2 fresh cow milk, sourced directly from local cooperative societies in Kerala. Our partner societies raise native and crossbred cows with A2 gene traits, ensuring customers get only A2 protein milk.

Why is A2 milk special?

A2 milk contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, which is naturally easier to digest compared to A1 milk. Many families choose A2 milk because it feels lighter on the stomach while still providing the full nutrition of fresh cow milk.

How does Freshtick ensure the milk is A2?

We work closely with cooperative societies that specifically supply A2-certified herds. Each batch is quality tested for freshness and purity, so customers can trust that Freshtick milk is always A2, always raw, always natural.

Placing Orders

How do I place an order?

You can place your order through our WhatsApp chat, website, the Subscription section on the homepage, or simply call us at +91 7736 121233 for quick assistance.

Can I order without a subscription?

Yes, we offer trial and single order options in select locations through our introductory plans:

₹117 for 3 packs (₹39/pack): Ideal for doorstep trials, sampling, or introductory pitches.
₹135 for 3 packs (₹45/pack): Perfect for extended trials or additional samplers before subscribing.

Can I schedule my order for a specific date?

Yes, while placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery start date. For subscription plans, deliveries begin the next day by default unless rescheduled.

Delivery Process

What time is milk delivered?

Deliveries are typically made between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM.

Do I need to be available to receive the delivery?

Not necessarily. Our delivery partners will leave the milk at your designated drop point. You’ll receive a WhatsApp notification once it's delivered.

What happens if my delivery is delayed or missed?

In rare cases of delay, you’ll be notified via WhatsApp. If delivery is missed due to unforeseen reasons, it will be rescheduled or compensated in your subscription balance.
