Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 21, 2025

At Freshtick LLP, we are committed to delivering fresh milk directly from local cooperative societies to your doorstep. As our products are perishable and delivered on a fixed schedule, we request you to carefully read our return, refund, and cancellation terms.


📦 Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made before 8 PM on the day prior to delivery.

  • Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • Subscription users can use the pause/resume feature in their account settings.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

    • Delivery of wrong product

    • Damaged or spilled pack at the time of delivery

    • Unfulfilled orders due to non-serviceable locations or stock issues

  • Refunds for subscription users will be credited to their Freshtick Wallet.

  • One-time purchase refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🔁 Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of milk, we do not accept returns after delivery.

  • Any complaint must be raised within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our support.
